Talacre Beach is a 5 star holiday park which is very popular with families who have children of all ages. The park has a lively and friendly feel with a great location and huge range of facilities. Situated just a 5 minute walk away from one of the best beaches in Wales it is easy to see why some families choose to return here year after year.
The facilities on offer really are of five star standards and children are very well catered for. The jewel in the crown is the stunning indoor tropical pool area which has a relaxing leisure area with spa bath and sauna as well a solarium and safe shallow areas for children and toddlers. There is also a poolside snack area.
Children will never be short of something to do with several outdoor play areas,an adventure play ground, amusements, children's and teenage zones and a family lounge with sky TV, games, cinema and craft areas.
Entertainment here is family orientated and includes cabaret shows and discos. The entertainment is held in the lounge bar which has a smart dress code. For a more relaxed atmosphere, head for the family lounge bar.
There are several places to eat on the site including a traditional fish and ship shop, snack bar, and Brassiere restaurant which serves really good quality locally produced food. There is also a mini market on site which stocks everything you need for a self catering holiday.
Accommodation here is either in 2 or three bedroom caravans which are modern and spacious, or you can choose a cottage. The cottages are more luxurious and have two or three bedrooms, washing machines, wide screen TVs, DVD players and garden with out door hot tub!
There is so much to do here that many people find that they never leave the holiday park but if you do venture out you will find that the area is one of great natural beauty. The local beach is award winning and a great place to spend a summer day. The historic town of Chester is close by and worth a visit.
